Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the continental United States via the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow at least two weeks for shipping, as our ornaments are made to order.

The last date to order in the US is Dec. 16, 2010.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the ornament you receive, Christmas Memories will replace it or refund your money.

Privacy Policy

Christmas Memories will not and does not release personal identifiable information about our customers, at any time, through any means, to any vendors, or other third parties without your permission. Personal identifiable information includes information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, which is unique to you. Anonymous information such as site usage information, domain names and/or I.P. addresses or browsers visiting our sites, is utilized for site visitation tracking information, and is aimed at bettering our presentation of site pages to our customers.

We wish to assure you that when you register on the Christmas Memories site, the personal information you enter is secure, and is utilized internally for order processing, but may include some private mailings to you, our customers. If you wish to be excluded from our mailing lists, please indicate via email to: info@christmasmemory.com. We will be happy to comply with your request.
